Neil Ruddock has suggested that LIVERPOOL would be the best place for Declan Rice amid links with ARSENAL and Bayern Munich.
Over the past few seasons – Declan Rice has developed into one of the best midfielders in the Premier League and a man that could go on to become one of the best in the world.
But so far the Hammers have not allowed him to leave – despite all the speculation and all the rumours that he is ready to depart – as they are hoping that he snubs a move to LIVERPOOL, Arsenal or CHELSEA.
However – all indications suggest that he will leave the Hammers this summer and it is Arsenal who are leading the chase – after reportedly agreeing terms for the powerful midfielder.
But Ruddock has opened up and told Liverpool that they should look to sign Rice – Speaking on talkSPORT, he said: “Liverpool. Obviously, I’m biased towards Liverpool, and Tottenham and Millwall, but I don’t think he’s going to play for those two.
“Liverpool are crying out for him, he’d fit in, they’d love him. He can be the new Steven Gerrard, and what a thing to be.”

Rice is ready to make that move to a big club – he is ready to play Champions League football. But he will need to make sure he joins a side that needs him or he will have to get used to sitting on the bench.
Everyone is expecting him to complete that move to Arsenal – if they pay that massive asking fee – but if LIVERPOOL show an interest in getting a deal done – Rice would be tempted by a move to Anfield.
His name has been in the media alot over the past 12 months – and everyone is keeping an eye on his next move
