Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe has been speaking on the CHELSEA deal for the exciting Lewis Hall.
The Blues are set to receive £28million and a potential further £7m in performance-related add-ons.
The Blues’ FFP position means they need to keep selling players to fund their lavish spending, and due to Hall being an academy product, this move means the London giants pocket pure profit, as opposed to selling Marc Cucurella and missing out on some cash.
A boyhood Newcastle United fan, 18-year-old Lewis is the fifth arrival at St. James’ Park this summer and will wear shirt number 20.
And after seeing the young man make the move to Newcastle – Howe has opened up and revealed just how excited he is to have the talented Lewis Hall at the club for the next 12 months.

90 per cent of Chelsea fans did not want to sell Lewis Hall get sold this summer – they wanted him to stay at the club and get given a shot to try and shine under Mauricio Pochettino.
The fact that CHELSEA have added that £27 million clause in the contract of Hall could be a massive mistake if he impresses at the Toon – they could lose one of the best young players to come out their academy for a while.
Newcastle have a very exciting player on their hands and all fans are interested to see just what he is able to bring this season.
